BTS

Sorry for not posting in a while, but school caught up and I also became obsessed with BTS. If you don't know who BTS are, they're a 7 member K-Pop boy group who's songs include Blood, Sweat and Tears, Dope, Fire, Spring Day and I Need U. Their name, 방탄소년단, means bulletproff boyscouts. The fandom name, A.R.M.Y., stands for Adorable Representative M.C. for Youth. They're under Big Hit Entertainment. BTS have broken records, being the first K-Pop group to enter the U.S iTunes Top 10, the only K-Pop group to land 6 times on the Billboard 200 and also have the highest place for a K-Pop group on the Billboard 200 (no.26)

Members:

Kim Seokjin (Jin) is the oldest (born 1992) and a vocalist as well as visuals and he's my second favourite. He's basically the mum of the group and has his own show on their Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLkAepWjdylmXSltofFvsYQ) called Eat Jin.

Min Yoongi (Suga) is one of the rapper of the groups and is the second oldest (born 1993) his rapping is 👌, and he even has his own mixtape under the name Agust D. His gummy smile is adorable, and he enjoys sleeping and though he may seem cold, he is actually a cute and adorable human being. Him and J-Hope have a show called 'Sope' on their V Live channel.

Jung Hoseok (J-Hope) is a rapper and one of the main dancers. He is the ARMY's hope, and is possibly one of the brightest, sunniest people I know of. He's the third oldest (born 1994) and has his own show called 'Hope on the Street' (on their V Live) where he impresses us with his amazing dancing skills.
Kim Namjoon (Rap Monster) is the leader and one of the rappers of the group. He was born in 1994 has an IQ of 148. He looks kind of scary but is actually really dorky and cute. His dimples=life.
Also has his own mixtape and he just released a new song with Wale (an American rapper).

Park Jimin is the third youngest (1995) and is a vocalist and dancer. He is an adorable, squishy mochi who baby cheeks give me life. He has abs and his eye smile is so cute. He has very small fingers and his high notes are on point. Is also my biaswreckee.
Kim Taehyung (V) is the second youngest (1995) and is a vocalist. Has a deep voice <3 and loves animals and kids and cute things. Also like anime and manga. Is also in a K-Drama called Hwarang, which aired late last year/early this year. His box smile is the sweetest thing on the planet. He's my bias.
Jeon Jungkook is the maknae (youngest) of the group (1997), and is a vocalist, dancer and he used to be a rapper. He's golden maknae because he's basically good at everything. His bunny smile is adorable and his nickname is Jungkookie <3. He recently dropped his cover of 'We Don't Talk Anymore' by Charlie Puth and now they follow each other on Twitter! (But Charlie Puth spelt Jungkook as Jungcook :( )
YAY! HOPEFULLY NOW YOU LIKE BTS SO I CAN TALK TO YOU ABOUT IT!!!! ALSO THEY'RE COMING TO SYDNEY ON MAY 26th SO YOU CAN BET I'LL BE THERE!

TV Shows

Hi, so I watch TV... These are my favourite TV Shows (some anime too)!

Doctor Who
I love this show! There are a lot of seasons, and I've watched 1,2,4,5,6,7,8 and 9, and I'm currently watching series 3. It's really good, though there are always some bad episodes. Series 10 starts soon and I'm super pumped but it's Peter Capaldi's last season :(
Sherlock
I love this show so much! There are only 4 seasons, so it's easy to catch up on, though each episode is 90 minutes. BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH IS THE BEST ;) I'm also worried that they're never going to make another episode, so that's a risk...
Downton Abbey
This show. So good. I watched the whole thing earlier this year, and I loved it. The characters are the centre of the show, and just.... watch it

Yuri On Ice!!!
OMG!!! SO GOOD. VICTOR AND YUURI <3 AND YURIO IS BAE. Quality stuff. There are also really good ice skating things and stuff. The ships though.

Stranger Things
Yay! This show is so good and season 2 starts later this year! Mystery and stuff and very good quality. Everyone's obsessed.
Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir
It may seem like a kid's show but it's actually really good and the love square gives me life but is also very frustrating. Season 2 starts in May (It's French) Also there are superheroes.

Poldark
Yay for period dramas! This is set in 18th century England. Drama. Romance. etc.

The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson

This book is Morgan Matson's latest book release. Her previous books are Amy and Rodgers Epic Detour, Since You've Been Gone and Second Chance Summer, which I all loved. The Unexpected Everything was a really sweet and I loved Clark and the summer romance aspect was really good. I also loved the family parts and the relationship between her and her father. I loved her and her friends, although the book was rather long for a contemporary. Clark was definitely my favourite character, I just loved him! I would recommend this book to anyone who wanted a good summer romance. 5 stars, 87%

Most Anticipated Books-Second Half of the Year

So this is a bit late, as it's already August, but here are by most anticipated books of the second half of 2016! (In release order)

Furthermore by Taherah Mafi-August 30th
This is by the author of the Shatter Me series, which I adored, and this is her new middle grade story. I love the cover and the book sounds really interesting!
A Torch Against the Night by Sabaa Tahir-August 30th
This is the sequel to An Ember in the Ashes, which was released April 2015, and I loved that book. It tells the story of Elias and Laia who live in an ancient-Roman style fantasy world, and I would recommend it to fantasy lovers.

Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas-September 6th
This is the 5th book in the Throne of Glass series, which is, if you don't know, one of my favourite series of all time. I'm really excited to see what happens in this book, as I love the characters and the story is coming to a conclusion soon! This is probably my most anticipated book of the rest of the year.

Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor- September 27th
Strange the Dreamer is the new book by Laini Taylor, who wrote the Daughter of Smoke and Bone trilogy. I love Laini Taylor's writing, and I'm really looking forward to this latest release.
Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo- September 27th
This is the sequel to Six of Crows, (which I just uploaded my review of) and I am really pumped about this. Six of Crows was so much better than the Grisha trilogy, and hopefully this is even better than Six of Crows!
The Hammer of Thor by Rick Riordan- October 4th
This is the second book in the Magnus Chase series, by the same author of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I loved The Hidden Oracle earlier this year, and The Sword of Summer last year, and I look forward to continue on my quest with Magnus & co.
The Midnight Star by Marie Lu- October 11th
This is the final book in the Young Elites series, which is about these children who have powers after they caught a deadly disease-but survived. This series is really interesting, mainly because our main character is rather dark and evil-ish, and all their powers are super cool. I also love Legend, Marie Lu's other series.
Gemina by Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman- October 18th
This is the sequel to the book Illuminae, which came out last year, and loved. It's really cool because it's told through so many different types of communication, and it's set in space and action-packed.
Heartless by Marissa Meyer- November 11th
The author of The Lunar Chronicles newest book, this is the story of The Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland, and how she turned into who she is today, (and hopefully it's not the tart thing from Alice Through the Looking-Glass, I hate that movie). I'm super excited as I loved the Lunar Chronicles and hopefully this will be just as good.

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

I'M SO BEHIND ON UPDATING THIS! AND MY GOODREADS READING CHALLENGE! Like, I read this book two months ago! Anyway, on the review. I LOVED THIS BOOK! It was so much better than the Grisha trilogy, which I thought was okay, and I loved everything about it. The characters were the best part of the book for me, and I loved their relationships, and now I have a whole lot more OTP's! The whole 'heist' story was also really exciting and cool. I'm so excited for the sequel, and I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves adventure, fantasy or just books as it is amazing. You don't have to read the Grisha trilogy to read this, though it might help you understand the magic a bit more. 5 stars, 96%
