My fanfic!

Hey guys!
I just wrote a fanfiction, so it would be great if you could review it! There's only a prologue so far, but hopefully I can get the next chapter up soon! Thanks!

A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas

I read this book a while ago but haven't had the time to upload a review onto here (sorry!). This is the second book in the A Court of Thorns and Roses series, and IT WAS SO GOOD! Like, the average rating on Goodreads is 4.77! That's so high! I really enjoyed this, even more than the first one, and I love all the new characters and the romance (they're my OTP). My favourite character is definitely Rhys, and FEYRE IS SUCH A BADASS IN THIS!! Last book she was kind of ahhhhh-y, and now she's so cool! If you've read A Court of Thorns and Roses, you definitley should read this, as it is much better, so if you didn't like that, you could read this and it might change you're mind. Overall, I would reccomend this book to everyone, (though there are a few adult-y scenes, so not for anyone too young) and I cannot wait for the next one (but Empire of Storms is out IN SEPTEMBER!!).

Snow Like Ashes by Sara Raash

Snow Like Ashes is a high fantasy YA book that I've been meaning to read for quite some time. It definitely lived up to my expectations and I loved it. I may not read the sequel, Ice Like Fire, as I've heard that it suffers seriously from second book syndrome, but hopefully I will (just not soon). I loved the characters except Mather, he annoyed me) and Meira was an amazing protagonist. I found the relationships between the characters as well as between the different kingdoms was realistic (even though I would have absolutely no experience whatsoever in that category), and I loved the plot and generally everything about the book. It was a fun read, and I would recommend it to people who love YA, kick-ass protagonists, or people just looking for a good book to read.

The Shadow Queen by C.J. Redwine

The Shadow Queen is a fairy tale retelling of Snow White. I enjoyed this book, while not loving it. I thought the concept was interesting, though something just didn't click for me and I didn't enjoy it as much as I could have, though I'm not sure why. I felt like it was just a bit too similar too other things for me to really enjoy it. I did think the dragon thing was cool though, but I felt like the relationship between Lorelai and Kol was a bit unrealistic at times though in general it was okay. I feel like it needed more world building and plot development. It's quite similar to a lot of other books, though I didn't really mind. I will continue with this series, though I'm not going to be running for a copy. Overall I would recommend this to people who want a light-hearted, fast (if a little rushed) fairy tale retelling. I gave it a 4 star, 79%.

The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks by E.Lockhart

I enjoyed The Disreputable History, tough I didn't love it. I feel like it was slightly disappointing, though still a great read. I loved the pranks that she pulled and the whole Basset Hound club. AI enjoyed We Were Liars much more than this, and I feel that was because that book was more mysterious, and this was funner. I really liked Frankie as a character, and I thought she was fun and smart, while also being funny. Her personality was believable and would LOVE to meet her in real life (though she'd probably cause trouble). Overall I would give this 82%, 4 star

Mistborn: The Final Empire by Brandon Sanderson

This is the first Brandon Sanderson book I read and I have to say that I loved it. My sister had been trying to get me to read them because she had read Steelheart and loved it, so I was like, I'll read Mistborn, then. It was AMAZING. I loved the world, the characters and the plot. Kelsier is my bae and I love Elend and Vin was the best. I found it to be one of those books where you have to set aside a certain time to read it, otherwise you don't really pay attention to what's going on, though it was still great. I loved the scenes at the dances and I found their powers to be really cool. (Though the metal was a bit weird). I'm really excited to read The Well of Ascension and I hope the rest of the series is as good as this one was.
